This class is perfect for any fitness level, groups of friends or families and for anyone tired of the same old workout routine. Many of SOL Santa Cruz’s employees attend the classes and will attest to the effectiveness of this total body workout!
What is TRX?
The TRX suspension trainer is a portable training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete dynamic exercises. Suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Exercise intensity is easily altered with the TRX, making it ideal for any fitness level.
What is kettlebell training?
A kettlebell is a cast iron weight, ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, shaped like a ball with a handle for easy gripping. Kettlebell training offers a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness—endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. People love it because it’s challenging and efficient—you only need one piece of equipment for a total body workout.

Class sizes are kept to no larger than 10 participants to ensure the trainer can offer individual attention to each person.
Classes are held at SOL Santa Cruz’s outdoor training facility every:
- Monday and Wednesday Night from 6 PM – 7 PM
- Saturday Mornings at 9:30 AM
